The theme of _List Vol. 15 is “Spotlight on 17 Korean Illustrators.” Under the three subthemes “capturing the foundation of Korean children’s stories,” “emergence of modern illustrations,” and the “potential of emerging illustrators,” this issue highlights 17 illustrators (Jeon Kap-bae, Jeong Seung-gak, Kim Jae-hong, Lee Yeong-gyeong, Han Byeong-ho, Lee Hae-ri, Yun Mi-suk, Park Yeon-cheol, Goh Gyong-sook, Shin Dong-Jun, Kim Dong-su, Lee Suzy, Jeon Mi-hwa, Jo Eun-yeong, Yu Ju-yeon, Choi Mi-ran, and Lee Hae-ran) and their works. In addition, this issue features interviews with children’s author Yoo Eunsil and novelist Han Kang, Korean publishing trends, coverage of the acceptance of Korean literature overseas, a spotlight on a literary site, book reviews of fiction/nonfiction/children’s literature, and an excerpt from Jung Mikyung’s My Son’s Girlfriend and introduces steady sellers, publishers, and trends in Korean literature to overseas readers.
