The theme of _List Vol. 7 is “Books That Children Live By.” This issue looks at the trend in Korean children’s books and introduces 28 picture books that address the themes of family, school, folktales, and friendships. In addition, this issue features an interview with novelist Kim Yeonsu, Korean publishing trends, coverage of the acceptance of Korean literature overseas, author’s notes by novelist Ha Seong-nan, a spotlight on a literary site, and book reviews of fiction/nonfiction/children’s literature and introduces steady sellers, publishers, and trends in Korean literature to overseas readers.
