Gwon Junghyeon (1970-) is a South Korean novelist. He made his literary debut in 2002 when he published his short story “Nasi inneun punggyeong” (낫이 있는 풍경The Landscapep with a Scythe) in Chungcheong Ilbo and another short story “Su” (수Embroidery) in the Chosun Ilbo. He received acclaim for writing works with strong historical and social aspects. In particular, his novel Bulgeun hyeo (붉은 혀 Red Tongue) (2017), set in Manchuria during the Japanese colonial period, received the 7th Honbul Literary Award for the novelty of the subject matter and charming character descriptions.l  Short story collection Gutbai myeongwangseong (굿바이 명왕성 Goodbye Pluto) (2009) l  Novel Kalgwa hyeo (칼과 혀 Knife and Tongue) (2017)

권정현(1970~)은 한국의 소설가다. 2002년 《충청일보》에 단편소설 <낫이 있는 풍경>을 발표했고, 《조선일보》에 단편소설 <수>를 발표하며 문단에 데뷔하였다. 역사성과 사회성이 짙은 소설을 쓰며 높은 평가를 받았다. 특히 장편소설 《붉은 혀》(2017)는 일제강점기 만주를 배경으로 하여 신선한 소재와 매력 있는 인물 묘사로 인해 제7회 혼불문학상을 수상했다.
