2014년 출간된 서진규의 산문집이다. 작가는 가발공장의 직공에서 하버드대학에서 박사학위를 받은 입지전적인 인물이다. 그러나 그는 갑자기 병에 걸려 우울증에 걸렸다. 절망에 빠진 그는 독자들의 격려로 다시 일어날 수 있었고, 그 과정을 기록한 책이다.

This prose collection by Jin-gyu Seo was published in 2014. The author, who at one point worked as a weaver in a wig factory, eventually received a doctorate from Harvard University. Suddenly, she fell ill and became depressed, but with the encouragement of her readers, she was able to recover her spirits and rise again. This book is her record of that journey.
