This collection introduces the world of poetry by Oh Kyu Won, based on Ogyuwon sijeonjip (Collection of Poems by Oh Kyu Won, Munhakgwa Jiseongsa, 2 volumes). It features 69 poems by Oh, as well as the poet’s “death poem” (sasegu 辭世句) published as “Sinui mal” (시인의 말 Words from the Poet) in his posthumous poetry collection Dudu (두두 All objects, 2008), explanatory notes from the translator, and the chronology of the poet’s life.

이 책은 『오규원 시전집』(문학과지성사, 전 2권)을 저본으로 하여 오규원의 시 세계 전반을 소개한 선집이다. 오규원의 시 총 69편을 수록하고 있으며, 오규원의 유고 시집 『두두』(2008)에 '시인의 말'이라는 이름으로 실린 시인의 사세구(辭世句), 역자 해설, 작가 연보 등도 포함하고 있다.
