Baek Nakbeom is a South Korean journalist and novelist. In 1992, while working as a journalist, he published the historical fiction 1999 Hanil jeonjaeng (1999 한일전쟁Korea-Japan War in 1999), which depicts the fierce competition between the United States and Japan for the position of the world’s most powerful country, the anxiety of Asian countries, and the conflict between Korea and Japan.

백낙범은 한국의 기자이며 소설가다. 작가는 기자로 활동하면서 1992년 가상역사소설<1999 한일전쟁>을 발표했다.
