Hwang Seyoun (1968-) is a South Korean novelist with years of experience as a news correspondent in China for a daily newspaper. Hwang’s novels, based on these experiences, cover the realities of Chinese mobsters.

황세연(1968~)은 한국의 소설가다. 1995년 <스포츠서울>에 <염화나트륨>을 발표하며 작품활동을 시작했다. 작가는 사랑하는 사람들의 이야기 등 주변에서 흔히 마주칠 수 있는 소재들을 추리적인 기법을 사용하여 소설로 발표해왔다. 한국추리문학상 신예상(1997)을 수상했다. 

 黄世鸢(1968-)，韩国小说家。1995年在《体育首尔》发表作品《氯化钠》（《염화나트륨》），从此开始创作活动。其小说多采用推理手法，并以恋人等身边随处可见的人和事为题材。1977年获韩国推理文学新锐奖。        


长篇小说《我不相信爱情》（《나는 사랑을 믿지 않는다》，1996）、《美女猎手》（《미녀사냥꾼》，1997）、

                  《我杀死的男人回来了》（《내가 죽인 남자가 돌아왔다》，2019/高宝(台湾)，2021）、小说集《氯化钠》（《염화트륨》，2007）
