최남선(1890~1957), 한용운(1879~1944), 이광수(1892~1950) 등 근현대 시인 67명의 시조 376편이 수록되어 있다. 이전에 김재현 번역가가 발표한 <한국현대시조선>(한신문화사 1991) 바일링구얼판의 영문판이다. 대부분 <한국 시조 큰 사전>(을지출판공사 1985)의 내용을 기반으로 하고 있다.
