Published in 2004, this is the eighth collection of poems by Kim Hyesoon. It contains a total of 57 poems, including the title poem. Through a reality-reflecting mirror, the poet dismantles objects piece by piece before mixing those fragments together. From that concoction is born an entirely new object, equipping the poet with a new language – so new it seems to have sprung out from nothing.
