1488년 제작된 최부가 쓴 표해기행록(漂海紀行錄)이다. 이 기록은 왕의 명령에 의해 시종42명과 함께 중국의 절강성 해안에서 명나라를 거쳐 조선에 돌아와 작성한 기록으로, 전해지는 기행문 중 가장 오래된 것이다.

Written in 1488 by Choi Bu, this is a historical record of a sea voyage, undertaken by the command of the king of Joseon with an entourage of 42 men. The oldest extant travelogue, it recounts how the ship drifts, journeying from the coast of China’s Zhejiang Province to Ming dynasty Beijing, and back to Joseon.
