This collection of short stories by Park Wansuh was published in 2007. It contains nine short stories, including the title story, “For Nostalgia’s Sake,” “Forty-Nine Years Old,” and “The Abundant Dinner Table.” Through the eyes of their elderly narrators, these short stories demonstrate the beauty of, and nostalgia for, the small and ordinary life. The everyday lives of ordinary people are depicted with the author’s usual wit and sense of humor.
