2008년에 출간된 김중혁의 두 번째 단편소설집이다. 표제작인 <악기들의 도서관>을 포함하여 8편의 단편소설이 수록되어 있다. 피아노, LP음반, 오르골, 600여 가지의 악기 소리가 채집된 음악파일, 전기기타 등 수많은 소리들을 주제로 하여 다양한 이야기들이 만들어진다.

Published in 2008, this second collection by Kim Jung-hyuk introduces eight of his short stories. The writer sampled sounds by recording over 600 kinds of musical instruments in order to write the title story, “The Library of Musical Instruments,” and as an orchestra plays different instruments, the different elements in this story create variations on the theme of sound and music.
