Ji-hye, born in 1988, works as an intern at an academy run by a large corporation, hoping to become a full-time employee. Feeling helpless in the reality where nothing has changed and that she has no power to change, she gets to know Gyu-ok and Mu-in, who are the same age as her, and they bond as they agree to try to resist as much as they can. Ji-hye and Gyu-ok decide to perform a small act of resistance against the head of the academy, Director Kim, who exploits their labor and time and maintains an authoritarian attitude. Their small resistance towards the older generation, who has no shame, is nothing serious, but it causes cracks in their daily lives.
