This is a novel by Kim Naesung, serialized in Sonyeon from June 1937to May  1938. It was marked as an “adventurous detective novel” at the time of publication and received attention as a detective novel, which was rare at the time.

1937년6월부터 1938년5월까지 잡지<소년>에 연재한 김내성의 장편이다. 연재 당시 '탐정모험소설'로 표시한 작품으로 당대에 드문 탐정소설로 주목을 받았다.
