Plot

The protagonist remembers being accused of being a strawberry thief by accident when she was young. The wound in her heart caused by the misunderstanding at that time holds her back even as an adult.

This is a short story by Eun Heekyung, published in her short story collection Sangsok (Inheritance) in 2002. It shows the protagonist’s process of dealing with the wounds of the heart she’d received as a child after becoming an adult through a delicate perspective.

2002년에 출간된 은희경의 소설집<상속>에 수록된 단편이다. 유년시절에 받은 마음의 상처를 어른이 된 주인공이 자신의 상처를 다루는 과정을 섬세한 시각으로 보여준다.
