2016년에 출간된 시인 강선봉의 시집이다. 66편의 시가 5부로 나뉘어 수록되어 있다. 시집의 제목인 '곡산의 솔바람 소리'에서 '곡산'은 '산골짜기'라는 뜻으로, 한센병 환자들이 모여사는 장소인 산골짜기를 의미한다. 그들은 서로를 '곡산이'라 불렀다. 시인인 강선봉 역시 한센병 환자로서, 한센병 환자들이 모여사는 섬 소록도에서 인생을 보냈다. 이 시집은 그가 삶을 살아가며 겪은 고통, 한, 이별, 슬픔을 시로 다듬어 엮었다.
