Plot

The island Sodo is home to the most violent criminals, who live there isolated from any legal jurisdiction or prosecution.  One day a dead body is discovered at the Sodo government hall, and Naomi is dispatched to investigate. She chooses Tetsan as her partner and begins to investigate the murder case, which turns out to be much more than a simple homicide.
