“Diaspora Literature in Your Room” is an online event designed to raise interest in Korean diasporas among Korean readers by transforming the works of diaspora literature into visual arts and performing arts contents. Cho Haejin’s novel Simple Truths is transformed into a short film in “Simple Truths – An Encounter Between Novel and Film.” The two-and-a-half minute book trailer was released in advance as a trailer for the film.
