Kim Jiyeon (1942~) is a South Korean novelist. She made her literary debut in 1967by winning the Maeil Shinmun New Writer’s Contest for her short story “Cheontaesan ullyeo” (천태산 울녀). Her works criticize social absurdities and deal with affections and women's desires in a delicate and realistic way. She won the 1966 Woltan Literary Award and the 2003 Korean Literature Award.

김지연(1942~)은 한국의 소설가다. 1967년 <매일신문> 신춘문예에 <천태산 울녀>가 당선되며 작품활동을 시작했다. 작가는 부조리한 사회문제를 비판하고 남녀의 애정과 여성의 욕망 등을 섬세하고 사실적으로 다룬 작품들을 발표했다. 월탄문학상(1996), 한국문학상(2003)을 수상했다. 

 金之娟(1942-)，韩国小说家。1967年作品《爱哭的天台山女孩儿》（《천태산 울녀》）入选《每日新闻》新春文艺，从此开始创作活动。其作品批判了不合理的社会问题，对男女间的爱情和欲望进行了细致真实的描绘。曾获月滩文学奖(1996)、韩国文学奖（2003）。        小说集《鹿村》（《사슴의 마을》，1970）、《姐妹之城》（《자매의 성》，1981）、长篇小说《欲望的沼泽》（《욕망의 늪》，1990）、《生命的沼泽》（《생명의 늪》，2009）
