Kim Hyoung Kyoung (1960-) is a South Korean novelist. She won the Munye Jungang New Writer’s Award for poetry in 1983 and made her literary debut in 1985 when her short story “Jugeum janchi” (죽음잔치 A Death Feast) was published in Literature and Thought in 1985. The main themes of her works are the lives of the marginalized people in the contemporary society and the voices of women. In particular, her description of women’s hidden desires and psychology received both critical and popular acclaim. 김형경(1960~)은 한국의 소설가다. 1983년 시로 <문예중앙> 신인상을 받았으며, 1985년<문학사상>에 단편<죽음잔치>가 당선되어 작품활동을 시작했다. 작가는 현대사회에서 소외된 사람들의 삶과 상처받은 여성들의 목소리를 작품의 주제로 삼았다. 특히 작가의 여성의 내밀한 욕망과 심리묘사는 평단과 독자들의 주목을 받았다. 이무영문학상(2009)을 수상했다.
