Chon Se Bong (1915-1986) was a North Korean novelist who joined North Korean Arts Alliance in 1946 and debuted with the short story Ryeongto (령토 Territory). During the Korean War, Chon became a member of the Central Committee of the Writers’ Alliance and published novels that depicted North Korean society during the growth of socialist literature.

천세봉(1915~1986)은 북한의 소설가다. 1946년 북조선문학예술총련맹에 가담한 후 소설<령토>를 창작하며 문단 활동을 시작하였다. 한국 전쟁 후 작가동맹 중앙위원이 되었으며 사회주의 문학 건설기의 북한 사회의 변화를 포착하는 작품들을 발표하였다.


千世凤(1915-1986)，北朝鲜小说家。1946年加入北朝鲜文学艺术总同盟，创作了小说《领土》（《령토》），从此开始创作活动。朝鲜战争后，当选为作家同盟央委员。其作品多以社会主义文学建设时期北朝鲜的社会变化为主题。        


长篇小说《石溪的新春天》（《석개울의 새봄》，1960）、《革命的黎明》（《혁명의 려명》，1973）
