Im Youngjo (1943-2003) was a South Korean poet. After meeting the poet Shin Dongyup in junior high school, Im began to earnestly study poetry and began his career by publishing poetry in Monthly Literature Magazine in 1970 and Korea Joongang Daily in 1971. Im’s published poetry collections include Geurimjareul jiumyeo (그림자를 지우며 As I Erase Shadows) (1988), Gwiro unneun jip (귀로 웃는 집 The House That Laughs With its Ears) (1997), and Siinui moja (시인의 모자 The Poet’s Hat) (2003), and three others. Im was awarded the first Seorabeol Literary Prize (서라벌문학상), the thirty-eighth Hyundae Munhak Literary Award (현대문학상), and the ninth Sowol Poetry Award.

임영조(1943~2003)는 한국의 시인이다. 중학교 시절 시인 신동엽을 만나 시 공부를 시작하고 1970년 《월간문학》, 1971년 《중앙일보》에 시를 발표하며 본격적인 문단 활동을 시작했다. 시집으로 《그림자를 지우며》(1988), 《귀로 웃는 집》(1997), 《시인의 모자》(2003) 외 3편이 있으며, 제1회 서라벌문학상, 제38회 현대문학상, 제9회 소월시문학상 등을 수상했다.


任永祚(1943-2003)，韩国诗人。中学时开始跟随诗人申东晔学习诗歌创作。1970年在《月刊文学》，1971年在《中央日报》发表诗作，正式开始创作活动。著有《擦去阴影》（《그림자를 지우며》，1988）、《用耳朵微笑的房子》（《귀로 웃는 집》，1997）、《诗人的帽子》（《시인의 모자》）等4本诗集。曾获第1届徐罗伐文学奖、第38届现代文学奖、第9届素月诗文学奖等奖项。
