Ryoo Kisu (1924-2007) was a South Korean novelist who debuted through the Kyunghyang Daily News New Writer's Contest 1968 with the short story “Horobaksa” (호로박사 “The Well-Aged Professor”). 류기수(1924~2007)는 한국의 소설가다. 1968년 <경향신문>신춘문예에 단편<호로박사>가 당선되면서 작품활동을 시작했다. 작가는 남북분단상황에 대한 아픔과 당대 한국사회의 모순 등을 작품의 주제로 삼아 사실적으로 그려내었다. 


 柳基洙(1924-2007),韩国小说家。1968年短篇作品《好老博士》(《호로박사》)入选《京乡新闻》新春文艺,从此开始创作工作。其作品如实刻画了南北分裂的痛苦和当代韩国社会的矛盾。        长篇小说《智异山的人们》(《지리산 사람들》,1991)、《人桥》(《인간교량》,1994)、 《智异山的鲜花永不凋零》(《지리산에 핀 꽃은 시들지 않는다》,1999)、《游击队》(《빨치산》,2002)
