이 시집은 청자시조문학회의 황희영(1922~1994)을 필두로 1970년 발간된 한영문 대조 한국시조선집을 2008년 재간행한 것이다. 정철이나 황진이의 시조를 비롯하여 고전시조로 분류되는 작품이 10수, 현대시조 시인들의 시조가 84수 수록되어 있으며 원문과 영어번역문을 나란히 소개하는 구성으로 이루어져 있다.
