2011년에 출간된 김경욱의 소설집이다. 표제작을 비롯하여 <99%>, <연애의 여왕>, <혁명기념일>, <아버지의 부엌> 등 모두 9편의 단편이 수록되어 있다. 같은 반 친구둘에게 성폭행을 당한 손녀의 복수를 위해 분투하는 할아버지, 남녀의 불가사의한 죽음을 다룬 이야기, 3대를 이어 가난에서 벗어나지 못한 가족 이야기 등 현실의 무게와 고통이 가감없이 담담한 어조로 그려져 있다.

Published in 2011, this collection of nine short stories by Kim Kyung-uk includes the title story “God Has No Grandchildren,” “The Queen of Romance,” “The Date of Revolution,” and “Father’s Kitchen.” The stories include those about a grandfather out to take his revenge for his granddaughter who was physically assaulted by her classmates, the mysterious death of a man and a woman, and a family who struggles against poverty for three generations. The writer tells his stories realistically in a voice that is detached and impassive.
