Plot

Kim Miyeong is an elementary school teacher who sees taunting and insulting scribbling about her on the school bathroom wall one day. She goes into denial, but rumors and gossip about her continue to spread.

2020년에 출간된 강화길의 소설집<화이트 호스>에 수록된 단편소설이다. 작품은 거대한 구조로 만들어진 세계의 어떤 불안한 기미를 알아차려버린 여성들의 이야기를 다루고 있다. 작가는 소문, 험담, 부당한 인식, 착각 등으로 세계와 대면하고 있는 인물을 다루고 있다.
