Do-gyeong committed murder in the home country and fled to Saha Mansion with his older sister, Jin-gyeong. There, Su, a resident of the city-state (town), where people are divided into two groups--residency holders and temporary visa holders, is found murdered while Do-gyeong disappears. The police point to Do-gyeong as the culprit and begins their investigation, yet Saha Mansion remains loosely guarded as before the murder. Although the murder causes chaos, the people of Saha Mansion remain undivided, and its residents including Eun-jin and Granny Kkotnim protect each other.
