This event was designed to raise the interest of Koreans in Zainichi Korean writers and their works and to provide a platform for exchange between Korean writers and Zainichi Korean writers. Eight scholars of Zainichi Korean literature presented their papers in two sessions, which was followed by discussions and a Q&A session. The sourcebook contains the program of events and papers presented by the participants in both Korean and Japanese.

본행사는 재일 한인작가 및 작품에 대한 국내 문학향유층의 관심을 제고하고, 국내 문학계와 재일 한인작가 교류의 장을 제공하고자 기획되었다. 8인의 재일 한인문학 연구가가 두 세션에 걸쳐 발제문을 발표하였고, 이후 시간에는 자유토론, 질의응답도 진행하였다. 자료집에는 행사 개요 및 발제자 전원의 발제문이 국문, 일문으로 수록되어 있다.
