Ju  Won-kyu (1975-) is a South Korean novelist. He made his literary debut in 2009 when his novel Yeoroeinjong janhoksa (열외인종 잔혹사 The Bloodbath of the Sidelined Race) won the 14th  Hankyoreh Literature Award. He has published works that illumine the hidden aspects of the corrupt people by staring squarely at them, focusing on the main theme of people who live in a society made up of money and greed.

주원규(1975~)는 한국의 소설가다. 2009년 <열외인종 잔혹사>로 제9회 한겨레문학상을 수상하며 작품활동을 시작했다. 작가는 부패하고 타락한 사람들을 정면으로 응시하여 그들의 이면을 조명해내는 작품을 발표해왔다. 작가는 자본과 인간의 욕망이 만들어낸 사회에서 살아가는 사람들의 이야기를 작품의 주요한 주제로 삼고 있다. 


朱原圭(1975-)，韩国小说家。2009年作品《边缘人种残酷史》（《열외인종 잔혹사》）获第9届韩民族文学奖后，开始投身创作活动。其作品正面剖析了腐败、堕落的人类，探讨了他们的内心世界，多以资本和欲望社会中的人的故事为素材。
