Jo Youngme is a South Korean novelist. She began her literary career in 2021 when she published Syareulloteui gobaek (샤를로테의 고백 Charlotte’s Confession), which is a love story that she serialized on her personal blog.

조영미는 한국의 소설가다. 작가는 블로그에 연재하던 사랑에 관한 소설을 2021년 장편소설<샤를로테의 고백>을 출간하며 작품활동을 시작했다. 


赵英美，韩国小说家。曾在博客连载爱情长篇小说，并于2021年以《夏洛蒂的告白》（《샤를로테의 고백》）为名，出版了这部作品，从此正式投身创作活动。
