고병삼(1931~1987)은 북한의 소설가다. 작가는 북한의 노동자의 삶과 혁명에 대한 기대 등을 소설의 주제로 삼았다. 작가는 소설 외에 바다에 관한 이야기를 쓴 수필과 작가의 개성과 창작자의 조건에 대한 평론도 남겼다.
