Gim Si-jong (1929-) is a South Korean poet. He began to write poetry in Japanese in 1950. Having experienced the tragedy of modern history with his whole body, he has been working fiercely against the fate of being a Zainichi Korean. 김시종(1929~)은 한국의 시인이다. 1950년부터 일본어로 시를 쓰기 시작했다. 작가는 현대사의 비극을 온몸으로 겪고 재일 조선인으로서의 운명에 맞서며 치열한 작품활동을 해왔다. 1986년 《재일의 틈새에서》로 제40회 마이니치 출판문화상, 1992년 《원야의 시》로 오구마히데오상 특별상, 2011년 《잃어버린 계절》로 제41회 다카미준상을 수상했다.
