Song Won -hee is a South Korean essayist. She debuted in 1955 by publishing her work in Literature and Art. She writes essays and fiction. Song captures the new world she met through travel, the new world she came to see in her old age, and the stories of identity or death based on history and religion.  l  Essay collection Chueok sogui iyagi (추억 속의  이야기 Stories in My Memories) (2019)l  Short story collection Ujuyeohaeng (우주여행 Space Travel) (2011)


송원희는 한국의 수필가다. 1955년 '문학예술'로 데뷔했다. 수필과 소설을 발표하고 있다. 작가는 여행을 통해 만난 새로운 세계를 그리고 노년의 삶을 통해 깨닫게 된 새로운 세상, 역사와 종교의식에 바탕한 정체성 혹은 죽음에 관한 이야기를 작품에 담아내고 있다.  


宋媛熙，韩国随笔作家。1955年经《文学艺术》步入文坛，主要从事随笔和小说创作。其作品主要以作家在旅行中体验到的新世界、在老年生活中感受到的新领悟、建立在历史、宗教意识基础上的自我认同和死亡为主题。
