Ban Suk-Ja is a South Korean essayist. She made her literary debut with the publication of her essays in Korean Essays in 1991, and then in Hyundae Munhak in 1986. She writes essays about feelings of gratitude for life found in simple daily life and nature.

반숙자는 한국의 수필가다. 1981년 <한국수필>과 1986년 <현대문학>을 통해 수필을 발표하며 작품활동을 시작했다. 작가는 소박한 일상과 자연을 통해 삶에 감사하게 된 마음을 기록하고 있다. 


潘淑子，韩国随笔作家。1981年在《韩国随笔》、1986年在《现代文学》发表随笔作品，从此开始创作活动。其作品记录了作家朴素的日常以及在自然中领悟到的对于生活的感恩。        随笔集《用身体哭泣的苹果树》（《몸으로 우는 사과나무》，1986）、《闯入内心的声音》（《가슴으로 오는 소리》，1995）、《有时路很美》（《때때로 길은 아름답고》，1998）
