부산 영도가 고향이다. 1995년  「시와시학」으로 등단, 활동을 시작했다. 늦깎이로 경희대학교 대학원 국문과를 졸업했다. 서부 아프리카의 사하라, 스페인 카나리아섬에서 십여 년 머물렀고, 대전에서도 백년지기들을 사귀었다. 틈틈이 여행길에 오르는 떠돌이별로 사진을 좋아한다. 이십여 년 만에 귀향, 부산에서 글쓰기공동체 ‘백년어서원’을 경영하며 공존을 실천 중이다. 쿠바의 시인 호세 마르티를 사랑하고, 그의 사상을 공부하고 있다. 시집 『붉은 사하라』 『몰락경전』 『뿌리주의자』 등을 출간했고, 그 외 『호세 마르티 평전』을 비롯한 십여 권의 산문집이  있다. 번역시집 『호세 마르티 시선집』이 있다. 부산작가상, 최계락문학상, 송수권시문학상을 수상했다.

金守愚，韩国诗人。1995年获《诗和诗学》新人奖后开始创作活动。其诗歌十分关注现代社会中衰败、受挫的边缘化人群，以细致的视角刻画了他们的内心。        诗集《把衣服挂在你的茧子上》（《당신의 옹이에 옷을 건다》，2002）、《没落经典》（《몰락경전》，2016）

Born in Busan Yeongdo, South Korea, she commenced her career as a rookie at Poetry & Poetics in 1995. She holds a degree in Korean Language and Literature from Kyunghee University. Over the course of more than a decade, she resided in the Sahara Desert of Western Africa and the Spanish Canary Islands. During this period, she nurtured a passion for travel and photography. Her literary contributions include poetry collections such as Red Sahara, The Decline Scripture, and Rootist, as well as approximately a dozen essay collections, including A Critical Biography of José Martí. She received the Busan Writers Award, the Choi Gyerak Literary Award, and the Song Su-gwon Poetry Award.
