Hwang Geon (1918 ~ 1991) was a North Korean novelist. He made his literary debut in 1946 while working as a war correspondent in Pyongyang. He discussed the class struggle of mine workers in his works, and published novels set in revolutionary sites.

황건(1918~1991)은 북한의 소설가다. 작가는 1946년 평양에서 종군기자로 활동하다가 작품활동을 시작했다. 작가는 광산노동자들의 계급투쟁을 소재로 한 작품과 혁명유적지를 배경으로 한 소설들을 발표했다. 

黄健(1918-1991)，北朝鲜小说家。1946年在平壤任随军记者，期间开始创作活动。他的小说多以矿工的阶级斗争为素材，以革命遗址为背景。



 小说集《矿脉》（《탄맥》，1949）、《妻子》（《안해》，1951）、长篇小说《盖马高原》（《개마고원》，1956/人民文学出版社，1960）
