This children's picture book by Kim Kyunghee was published in 2012. It depicts the story of a coal merchant who is traveling across three valleys. Along the way he encounters a sick magpie, a hungry cat, and a poor old man. He shows them kindness, and is later rewarded for his good deeds. The book provides the lesson that great luck will come to those who are kind and good.
