Plot

Following the collapse of Communism in the 1990s, the theory that the North Korean regime will fall gains widespread traction, as does the concept of unification by absorption. This novel depicts the efforts of various actors who propose and attempt to implement a gradual unification plan, with the aim of neutralizing the regimes of the two Koreas by merging both governments under a single federal system.
