After renting a house for many years, Yeo-min's family finally buys a house on the top of a mountain village. It isn’t the beautiful house he had hoped for, but Yeo-min begins to understand the difference between what is his and what is not his. Living in that house, Yeo-min meets various people. Among them, Jang U-rim, whom he meets at school, becomes his first love. Yeo-min blames himself even when U-rim ignores and hates him. One day, Yeo-min wins the grand prize in a national art contest.
