1995년 출간된 정찬의 단편소설집이다. 표제작인 <아늘한 길>과 1995년 동인문학상을 수상한 <슬픔의 노래>를 비롯하여 7편의 단편소설들이 수록되어 있다. 정찬의 소설적 주제는 신과 인간의 관계를 탐색하고 사랑과 권력의 본질을 파헤친다고 할 수 있다. 이 작품집은 인간이 겪는 불행과 아픔을 주제로 쓴 작품들을 모았다.

Published in 1995, this short story collection by Jung Chan introduces seven of his stories including the title story “The Cozy Path” and “The Song of Sadness,” for which the writer received the Dongin Literary Award in 1995. Under the themes of imagination, writing, and godliness, the writer explores the relationship between the human and the divine, as well as the essence of love and power.
