2008년에 출간된 심보선 시인의 첫 시집이다. 표제작인 <슬픔이 없는 십오 초>를 포함하여 58편의 시가 수록되어 있으며 3부로 구성되었다. 시인은 개인적이면서도 구체적인 내밀한 경험을 시로 옮겨 우울과 슬픔, 절망과 냉소, 불확실한 운명과 같은 것들을 이야기한다. 이는 도시문화의 병리적인 현상을 보여줌으로써 한 개인의 우울이 아닌 현대를 살아가는 모든 이들의 우울임을 알려준다

Published in 2008 and divided into three parts, this first collection by Shim Bo-seon introduces 58 of his poems. The poet touches upon individual and personal experiences to bring out depression, sadness, despair, cynicism, and uncertainty. With descriptions of the pathological nature of urban life, he argues that the depression of an individual stems from the collective depression of modern society.
