1989년에 출간된 시인 김승희의 네 번째 시집이다. 76편의 시가 5부로 나뉘어 수록되어 있다. 이 시집은 '달걀', '아프라사스' 등의 시어를 통해 꽉 막혀있지만 가능성이 숨쉬는 공간에 대해 이야기한다. 여성, 도시의 소시민과 같은 자유를 갈망하는 존재들을 다루며 현실을 날카롭게 비판하는 한편, 이처럼 경직된 사회 현실 속에서 태어날 수 있는 가능성을 긍정하는 시집이다.

Published in 1989 and divided into five parts, this fourth collection by Kim Seung-hee introduces 76 of her poems. With expressions such as “egg” and “Apsara” in her poems, the poet invokes spaces that are closed off yet contain breathable openings. In her poems, there are women and ordinary people who seek freedom and are very critical of unjust reality. The poet points to the possibility of rebirth despite the rigidity of society, and she celebrates and affirms life.
