1984년3월<문학사상>에 발표한 임철우의 <아버지의 땅>의 일부를 발췌하여 소개한 책이다. 한국전쟁 당시 빨갱이로 몰려 국군에게 죽임을 당한 사람들의 가족과 그들의 상처를 형상화한 작품이다.

Published in the literary magazine Literature and Thought in March 1984, this book consists of excerpts from Lim Chulwoo’s collection of short stories published previously under the title My Father’s Land. The writer tells the stories of people and their families who were falsely accused as communists or communist sympathizers and killed by South Korean soldiers during the Korean War.
