2006년에 출간된 안현미의 첫 시집 <곰곰>에 수록된 시다. 시의 화자는 여자 상고를 졸업하고 아현동의 산동네에 살며 '거짓말 같은 시'를 제조하며 살아간다. 여기서 '거짓말'은 '시'의 다른 이름이지만, 한편으로 '진실'의 또 다른 이름이기도 하다. 아무도 알아주지 않은 곤충같은 삶을 살아가는 화자는, 그럼에도 불구하고 시를 쓰며 자신의 생을 이어나간다.

This poem is included in An Hyeon-mi's debut collection of poems, Bear Bear, which was published in 2006. The poem’s speaker relates how she graduated from a commercial high school for girls, and lives in the hilly neighborhood of Ahyeondong, where she makes a living by writing “poetry that is like a lie.” Here, “lie” is simply another word for “poetry,” but it is also another word for “truth.” Despite living like an insect that no one knows about, the speaker nevertheless carries on living by writing poems.
