1927년 잡지 <조선지광>에 발표된 정지용의 시다. 첫 시집인 <정지용시집>(1935)에도 수록되어 있다. 이 시는 고운 우리말과 방언을 사용하여 시골 마을의 아름다운 풍경을 그려낸다. 고향에 대한 그리움을 나타내는 시이면서 그 이면에는 상실된 낙원을 회복하고자 하는 소망을 간직하고 있다고 평가된다.

This poem by Chong Chi-Yong was published in the literary magazine JoseonJigwang in 1927. It was also included in the poet’s debut collection of poems, Poems by Chong Chi-Yong, in 1935. A lyrical depiction of a rural village, the poem expresses both the yearning for a past home, as well as the desire to restore lost paradise.
