Ahn Yeong-sil is a South Korean novelist. She made her literary debut in 1996 with the publication of the novella Bueokeuro nan chang (부엌으로 난 창 The Window to the Kitchen) in the daily Munhwa Ilbo. She interprets and captures the sorrow and emptiness of life that surrounds our everyday life with a delicate and warm gaze in her writing. She is the recipient of the Arko Fund for Literature in 2015.

안영실은 한국의 소설가다. 1996년 <문화일보> 중편소설<부엌으로 난 창>으로 작품활동을 시작했다. 작가는 일상을 둘러 싼 슬픔과 삶의 허무를 섬세하고 따뜻한 시선으로 해석하여 작품에 담아내고 있다. 2015년 아르코창작기금을 받았다. 


安英实，韩国小说家。1996年在《文化日报》发表中篇小说《对着厨房的窗户》（《부엌으로 난 창》），从此开始创作活动。其作品以细腻温暖的视线诠释了日常的悲哀和人生的虚无。2015年曾获Arko文学创作基金。
