한국문학번역원은 독일 슈투르가르트 시립도서관과 괴테 인스티튜트 본부가 주최한 한국 작가의 작품낭독회를 후원했다. 6월 25일부터 30일까지 슈트르가르트와 뮌헨 및 만하임에서 각각 "언어박람회(Markt der Sprachen)와 "현지시각"(Ortszeit)이란 제목으로 치루어진 행사에는 소설가 김원일과 조경란, 시인 김광규, 평론가 조남현씨가 참가하여 자신들의 작품을 낭독하며 한국문학을 소개하는 시간을 가졌다.

The Literature Translation Institute of Korea (LTI Korea)sponsored Korean authors’ reading events hosted by the Municipal Library in Stuttgart, Germany, and the Goethe-Institut . The events were held from June 25 to 30 under the title of "Markt der Sprachen" in Stuttgart and Munich, and "Ortszeit" in Mannheim. Novelists Kim Won-il and Jo Kyung-Ran, poet Kim Kwang-kyu, and literary critic Cho Nam Hyon participated in the events to read their works and introduce Korean literature to foreign readers.
