With a focus on the poetry collection The Pronoun of Nothingness, Poet Kim Un carefully traces the philosophical reflections that lie in Oh Eun’s characteristic wordplay, shedding light on the irony of pronouns that, in attempting to signify existence, ultimately reaches “nothingness.”

Each e-book is produced in the form of a leaflet used for the event. There is an additional e-book containing translations of works by the 11 writers.

The English-language quarterly Korean Literature Now (KLN) Vol. 68 highlights Featured Writer Oh Eun, presenting an interview, a selection of his poems, and a review of his works. The Cover Feature includes five essays on the theme “Stories from the Road to Adulthood,” written by literary critic Cho Hyungrae, and writers Lee Kkoch-nim, Moon Kyeong-min, Lee Jongsan, and Pyo Myunghee. The issue also presents short stories by Ye Soyeon and Moon Jinyoung, poems by Lee Young-ju and Han Yeojin, as well as five reviews of translated Korean books.
