Yi Ik-sang (1895-1935) was a South Korean novelist. He made his literary debut when “Yesuljeok Yangshimeul Gyeolyeohan Woori Mundan” (예술적 양심을 결여한 우리 문단 “The Korean Literary World Lacks Artistic Conscience”) was published in Gaebyeok (개벽) in 1921. He was actively interested in the realities of the day and wrote resistance literature. However, rather than putting his socialist principles into action, he received a reputation for being a mere socialist idealist. He collaborated with the Japanese from 1933 onward.

이익상(1895~1935)은 한국의 소설가다. 1921년 《개벽》에 평론 <예술적 양심을 결여한 우리 문단>을 발표하며 문단에 데뷔했다. 작가는 현실에 대한 적극적인 관심과 저항의식을 드러내는 작품들을 창작했지만 사회주의에 대한 지향과 달리 이상적 사회주의에 머물렀다는 평가를 받는다. 1933년 이후에는 일본에 협력했다. 

李益相(1895-1935)，韩国小说家。1921年在《开辟》发表评论《缺乏艺术良知的朝鲜文坛》（《예술적 양심을 결여한 우리 문단》），从此正式步入文坛。他的作品虽体现了对现实的关注和反抗意识，但仍停留在不同于社会主义的理想社会主义阶段。1933年以后还曾归顺日本。
